Right of withdrawal and return request

The Consumer, meaning the natural person who makes the purchase for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft or professional activity, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

In the case of the sale of a single item, the period begins on the day on which the Consumer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Consumer, acquires physical possession of the item. In the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period begins upon delivery of the last item. In the case of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, it begins upon delivery of the last lot or piece.

The function allows the Consumer to identify the order, select the products concerned, provide or confirm the necessary information, view the summary and submit the declaration using the dedicated confirmation function. After confirmation, the system sends a receipt without undue delay to the email address provided, containing the submitted declaration, the request identification code and the date and time of submission.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the withdrawal declaration to be sent before the 14-day period expires. Submitting the declaration through the online function does not automatically trigger a refund and does not automatically arrange transport of the returned goods.

Use of the online function is recommended but not mandatory. The Consumer may also exercise the right by sending, within the same period, an explicit declaration to info@consigli1962.it or by ordinary or registered mail to the following address:

The model withdrawal form available at the bottom of the page may be used optionally. No specific wording is required, provided that the communication clearly expresses the decision to withdraw and makes it possible to identify the order concerned.

The online chat and telephone number 035.4491296 may be used to receive assistance. A telephone or chat communication replaces the withdrawal declaration only where it allows the content and date of the communication to be reliably recorded and retained.

Exercising the right of withdrawal is not subject to prior authorisation or approval by Teamecommerce. After receiving the declaration, the Seller may send the Consumer the operational instructions for returning the goods and the address to which they must be sent.

Requests concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products are separate from the right to change one’s mind and are handled under the rules governing the legal guarantee. Purchases made at a physical retail store must be handled at the store where the purchase was made, upon presentation of the relevant proof of purchase, without prejudice to any other rights granted by law. Purchases concluded on the Website may instead be handled through the channels indicated on this page.

Products made using artisanal processes are not, for that reason alone, personalised products. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal applies where the goods have been made to measure or clearly personalised according to the customer’s instructions, for example through engravings, monograms, dedications or other individual modifications, as well as in the other cases expressly provided for by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Any exclusion of the right of withdrawal for a personalised product concerns only the right to change one’s mind and does not limit the legal guarantee in the event of a defect, incorrect engraving, damage, a product different from what was ordered or any other lack of conformity.

Condition of returned goods and reduction in value

The Consumer may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in a manner comparable to what would normally be allowed in a store.

The goods must be returned with any accessories, components, cases and documentation received. Where still available, the original packaging, boxes, labels and protective materials must be used or placed inside suitable outer packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage during transport. The absence of the original packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

For safety reasons, the blade and other sharp parts must be adequately protected and secured. The parcel must be packed in a way that prevents accidental opening, damage to the product and any risk to transport or receiving personnel. The packaging and shipping requirements applied by the chosen carrier must also be observed.

The Consumer is liable only for any actual reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If a reduction in value attributable to such handling is found, the Seller may reduce the refund proportionally to the actual loss in value established, providing the Consumer with the reasons and the elements used to determine it.

No fixed penalties of 60%, 80% or any other predetermined percentage apply. The product is not automatically sent back to the Consumer solely because the original packaging is missing or because it cannot immediately be resold as new.

Cases involving products damaged during transport, defective products or products that do not conform to the contract remain separate and are subject to the remedies and conditions of the legal guarantee.

Return, transport costs and refund

The Consumer must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which they communicated their decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before it expires.

The return must be sent to the address stated in the instructions provided by the Seller or shown on the label available at the bottom of the page. The pre-completed label is optional and does not constitute authorisation for the return or a prepaid shipping label, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where the right of withdrawal is exercised because the Consumer has simply changed their mind, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Consumer, who may independently choose the carrier. Use of a tracked service and packaging suitable for the nature, weight and sharp characteristics of the product is recommended.

A replacement requested solely for commercial reasons, such as a preference for a different model or finish, is not covered by the legal guarantee and may be subject to any commercial terms offered by the Seller. Where, instead, the product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract, the necessary return or collection costs are borne by the Seller in accordance with the instructions provided by Customer Service.

In the event of withdrawal, the Seller refunds the amounts due without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which it was informed of the Consumer’s decision. Unless the Seller has offered to collect the goods directly, it may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the Consumer provides evidence that they have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and does not result in any costs for the Consumer.

In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, the refund includes the price of the products and the initial standard delivery costs incurred. Supplementary costs resulting from the choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller are not refunded.

In the event of withdrawal concerning only some products in the order, the price of the returned products is refunded. Initial delivery costs are refunded only where and to the extent that they are reduced as a result of the partial withdrawal under the applicable law; no automatic proportional refund is due where the delivery cost would have remained unchanged even without the returned products.

No retroactive shipping charge is automatically applied solely because, after a partial withdrawal, the value of the products retained by the Consumer falls below the EUR 49 threshold for free shipping applicable at the time of the order.
