How to Request a Return

The intention or need to request a return must always be reported to Teamecommerce in writing. In order to speed up the processing of requests, we recommend that you use the convenient RETURN FORM and print the PRE-FILLED LABEL. Alternatively, you can contact us by writing at info@consigli1962.it , use the online chat, or call us at 035.4491296.
Upon receipt of the request, Teamecommerce will evaluate it and send a response with acceptance or denial as appropriate, together with detailed instructions on how to make the return. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing.
Requests for exchanges or returns must be made at the store where the purchase was made (producing proof of purchase) and not through the online sales site.

Requirements for a refund

All returned products must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in “like new” condition and ready to be resold. They must have all original seals, labels, boxes or wrappers intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered “used” and will therefore be sent back to the sender with a charge for transport costs or retained with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the purchase value depending on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.

Freight Costs for Returns

The cost of return transport in the event of change of mind or replacement of non-personalized products (right of withdrawal exercisable within 14 days), as explained in the table, is always at the expense of the customer who can choose the courier he prefers for the return.
The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the integrity of the product. In any case, the shipping costs incurred for the purchase will not be refunded.
In the event that the customer, at the time of purchase, has taken advantage of free shipping for exceeding 49 euros, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund (at the time of purchase not incurred as an incentive) of the shipment only in the event that the total of the goods, not returned (and therefore remained with the customer), does not exceed the threshold of 49 euros.
